Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of rhyvecustom.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by RHYVE CUSTOM LLC (“RhyveCustom”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
2. Custom & Personalized Products
Our products, including padel rackets and apparel, can be personalized using our online customizer with colors, text, uploaded images, and designs. When you submit content through the customizer:
- You confirm that you own the rights to that content, or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
- You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- You grant RhyveCustom a limited license to reproduce that content solely to manufacture and fulfill your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content we reasonably believe is unlawful or infringing.
Please review your design carefully before completing your order. See our Refund & Returns Policy for what happens if something arrives damaged or defective.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges shown at checkout.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Because customized items are produced specifically for each order, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once production has started. Contact sales@rhyvecustom.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates only. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
6. Product Descriptions & Color Accuracy
We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and due to natural variation in materials.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the customizer tool itself, is owned by or licensed to RhyveCustom and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RhyveCustom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
